As genomic research demands higher resolution and better phasing, GenDx is responding by offering extended “Whole Gene” amplification for key Class II loci. These new NGSgo-AmpX v3 primers feature the high-performance GenDx-LongZyme enzyme for robust long-range amplification, and they are now ready for integration into your laboratory workflow.

About NGSgo-Ampx V3
NGSgo-AmpX v3 primers are available for the amplification of the following HLA genes: HLA-A, -B, -C, -DRB1, -DQB1, -DPA1, -DPB1, -DQA1, -DRB3/4/5. Primers can be purchased in combined-loci kits or individually. NGSgo-AmpX v3 include GenDx-LongZyme and are compatible with NGSgo library preparation reagents.
