NGS-Pronto® – Complete solution for Oxford Nanopore sequencing. NGSgo-ProntoAmp offers amplification of 11 HLA loci using a whole-gene approach, resulting in at least a 3-field resolution. NGS-ProntoPrep offers a complete barcoded library preparation for sequencing on ONT devices.
The NGSgo-ProntoAmp amplification is also compatible with the NGSgo Library Full Kit for sequencing on Illumina systems!
