With these activities, we aim to raise awareness on the vital importance of stem cell donors, and to motivate as many young, fit people as we can to register as a potential stem cell donor. For every registration indicating our event code (GENDX23), GenDx donates €35,- to the Matchis foundation.

GenDx is proud sponsor of Utrecht-based student sports associations A.U.S.R. ORCA, U.S.R. Triton, U.S. Histos. SPIN Boardsports, U.S.W.V. De Domrenner and U.S.S.V. Softijs. Throughout September, all associations will be organizing an activity for their own members in light of the GenDx Stem Cell Donor Recruitment Week, to help raising awareness on the vital importance of stem cell donors and to motivate them to sign up as a potential stem cell donor.
We are very happy with their support! Especially since various studies have demonstrated that patients transplanted using stem cells from younger, healthy donors have improved outcomes for the patient and comes with lower rates of potential complications for the donor.
