Get ready for the future of HLA typing with NGS-Pronto®, our solution designed for Oxford Nanopore Technologies sequencing devices.

NGSgo-ProntoAmp  offers amplification of 11 HLA loci using a whole-gene approach, resulting in at least a 3-field resolution. NGS-ProntoPrep offers a complete barcoded library preparation for sequencing on ONT devices, which takes just 10-15 min per sample. After nanopore sequencing, the data can be directly analyzed with NGSengine®.

NGSgo-ProntoAmp is available as RUO and CE-marked IVD (IVDR) and NGS-ProntoPrep is available as RUO.

NGSgo-ProntoAmp is also compatible with the NGSgo Library Full Kit for sequencing on Illumina systems.

Amplification & Library Preparation

Covering 11 HLA loci using a comprehensive whole-gene approach, the fast thermal cycling program is completed in just 90 minutes. Library preparation is equally efficient, performed entirely at room temperature, and easily paused as needed. Additionally, there is no fragmentation – our process yields long, intact amplicons to further achieve full phasing. Depending on the sample number, library prep takes just 1.5 to 2 hours.

Compatibility

Compatible with R10.4.1 flow cells, NGS-Pronto can be sequenced on MinION Mk1B, Mk1D, and GridION sequencers from ONT, delivering rapid results in as little as 10-15 minutes per sample. The assay is to be used with compatible consumables from ONT, including EXP-NBA114 and EXP-AUX003.
NGS-Pronto has been validated to be compatible with MinKNOW versions 23.04.3, 23.11.7, 24.06.5, 24.11.8, and 24.11.10.
