Description
NGSgo-AmpX v2 Enhancer is advised by GenDx Support when imbalanced HLA-DQB1 amplifications are observed.
Use with NGSgo-MX6-1:
Replace 1.5 µl of nuclease-free H2O with 1.5 µl of NGSgo-AmpX v2 Enhancer per PCR reaction.
Use with NGSgo-AmpX v2:
Replace 2.25 µl of nuclease-free H2O with 2.25 µl of NGSgo-AmpX v2 Enhancer per PCR reaction.
Use with SBTexcellerator (with GenDx-LongMix SBTX):
Replace 3.75 µl of nuclease-free H2O with 3.75 µl of NGSgo-AmpX v2 Enhancer per PCR reaction.
