Description
GenDx-LongMix contains a polymerase enzyme, PCR buffer, and dNTPs together in one tube. This convenient mastermix format reduces pipetting steps, increasing throughput and reproducibility, while reducing the risk of contamination. GenDx-LongMix is included in the NGSgo-AmpX v2, NGSgo-MX11-3, NGSgo-MX6-1, KIR, and MIC kits but can also be purchased separately. Separately available as RUO.
