The Laboratory Coordinator at GenDx is a crucial part of the Operations team. In this role, you ensure that all production tasks are performed on time and according to the high quality specifications that our products require. Furthermore, you contribute to implementing new products, processes and the required documentation. To achieve this, you work closely together with the Technician team. You are structured, you have a keen eye for detail, and you know the products and the production processes in the laboratory inside and out.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and planning of production activities
• Stock control of materials and intermediate goods
• Checking and processing of product registrations
• Coordinating daily tasks of Technicians
• Creating and adjusting documentation for processes
• Working according to ISO 13485 standards

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Life Sciences or similar
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Senior Technician
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Independent, structured and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Experience with LIMS is preferred
• You currently live at a commutable distance
