Do you want to be part of an innovative company that offers ample time for development? To strengthen our team, we offer a challenging position for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Associate with a keen interest in quality and a drive to continuously improve how we work.

As Quality Assurance Associate at GenDx, you will support the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS), helping ensure regulatory compliance and consistently high product quality.

Responsibilities

• Support product lot release activities.
• Prepare, review, and approve quality documents.
• Manage non-conformances, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Review and process change control requests.
• Contribute to internal and external audits and audit readiness.
• Support supplier qualification and quality management.
• Provide training and guidance on quality procedures.
• Advise teams on quality, compliance, risk management, and product development.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Work experience: 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated medical device, IVD, pharmaceutical, or similar environment.
• A proactive and structured approach to work, with strong analytical and project management skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of quality.
• A collaborative and communicative mindset, with the confidence to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
• Experience with laboratory testing, R&D, medical devices, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
• Eligible to live and work in Sweden.
• Residing at a commutable distance from the office.
