$7,700 Raised for OurLegacy Florida🌷
We’re proud to announce that this year’s Tulip Run, held during the ASHI Conference in Orlando, raised an impressive $7,700 in support of OurLegacy Florida, the region’s organ and tissue donation organization.
This donation helps OurLegacy continue its mission “to care for families, honor donors, and save lives through organ and tissue donation.” Their dedicated work ensures that every act of donation creates new possibilities for patients and brings hope to families across Florida.
About the Tulip Run
The Tulip Run is an annual charity event organized by GenDx to promote health, connection, and social responsibility within the global transplantation community. What began as a small initiative has grown into a meaningful tradition, uniting conference attendees, partners, and friends to raise funds for causes that support transplantation and donor awareness worldwide.
Each year, the Tulip Run partners with a local organization that contributes to the field of organ donation and transplantation, turning miles into meaningful impact.
Supporting the Gift of Life
This year’s proceeds went to OurLegacy Florida, the federally designated organ procurement organization (OPO) for East Central Florida. By working closely with hospitals, donor families, and transplant centers, OurLegacy ensures that donated organs and tissues are recovered, preserved, and matched to patients in need, turning loss into life for countless recipients.
