GenDx Fit to Donate Initiative
In September, the month of the World Marrow Donor Day, GenDx is proud to organize the ‘FIT TO DONATE’ initiative. Since 2018, we have partnered with Matchis , the Dutch Center for Stem Cell Donors, to raise awareness about stem cell transplantation. Our focus has been on encouraging young, healthy individuals in Utrecht to join the stem cell donor registry.
This year, we are excited to introduce the GenDx Tulip Run on September 23, inspired by previous Tulip Runs organized during ASHI and EFI conferences. This event invites GenDx colleagues, friends, family, and neighboring companies in the Utrecht Science Park to run or walk together, promoting awareness and raising funds for Matchis to cover the costs of typing and registering new donors.
