NGSgo-ProntoFLX are singleplex and duplex genotyping assays compatible with Oxford Nanopore Technologies and Illumina sequencing devices. With optimized primer design and full-gene coverage, these assays combine the flexibility of singleplex or duplex formats, together with the speed and accuracy required for your workflow.

Currently available as prototypes: NGSgo-ProntoFLX HLA-A, NGSgo-ProntoFLX HLA-B (singleplex), and NGSgo-ProntoFLX HLA DQA1/DQB1 (duplex).
