Description

NGSgo-ProntoFLX are singleplex and duplex genotyping assays compatible with Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) sequencing devices. With optimized primer design and full-gene coverage, these assays combine the flexibility of singleplex or duplex formats, together with the speed and accuracy required for reliable high-res HLA typing. Featuring a ready-to-use amplification mixture, sequencing takes only 1 minute per sample, and up to 96 samples can be processed in parallel.

NGSgo-ProntoFLX HLA-A, NGSgo-ProntoFLX HLA-B (singleplex), and NGSgo-ProntoFLX HLA-DQA1,DQB1  (duplex) are available as RUO.
