It will take place at the GenDx Headquarters in Utrecht, the Netherlands, in March and includes hands-on laboratory work of the complete NGS HLA workflow and data analysis.

The course includes:

  • Theoretical knowledge of HLA typing with NGS.
  • Hands-on training of multiplexed NGS HLA typing: One-Day-Workflow.
  • Training on data analysis with NGSengine®: from basics to case studies.
  • Bring your own genomic DNA samples for typing (anonymized samples and data only).
