Description
GenDx-ExoSAP is an enzymatic product designed to remove primers and nucleotides from PCR products, creating a DNA sample ready for sequencing. Exonuclease I (ExoI) degrades single-stranded DNA primers. Shrimp Alkaline Phosphatase (SAP) dephosphorylates nucleotides. Both enzymes are degraded by heat inactivation. GenDx-ExoSAP is the validated and recommended cleanup method when using SBTexcellerartor products. GenDx-ExoSAP is available as RUO.
