Webinar – Introducing NGSgo-ProntoFLX: Flexible High-Resolution HLA Typing on Oxford Nanopore Sequencing Platforms

Recently we launched NGSgo-ProntoFLX for HLA-A, HLA-B, and HLA-DQA1/-DQB1, our new solution for targeted high-resolution HLA typing using Oxford Nanopore Technologies sequencing.

NGSgo-ProntoFLX enables targeted amplification of HLA loci and seamless integration with the NGS-ProntoPrep library preparation workflow. Following nanopore sequencing, data can be analysed using NGSengine.

In this webinar, Eline ter Steege, PhD, Project Manager R&D at GenDx, will introduce NGSgo-ProntoFLX and discuss the technology and workflow behind the product. She will also provide an update on the ongoing development of assays for the remaining HLA loci.
