The course includes:

  • Theoretical knowledge of HLA typing with long-read sequencing.
  • Hands-on training on NGS-Turbo (single-sample workflow) and NGS-Pronto (multiple samples workflow).
  • Training on software data analysis: from basics to case studies.
  • Bring your own genomic DNA samples for typing (anonymized samples and data only).
