Following the acquisition of the AlloSeq product line, GenDx is working towards supporting AlloSeq Tx data analysis in NGSengine.
Currently, NGSengine is not yet optimized for AlloSeq Tx data analysis, and Assign remains the primary software for this purpose. As we work towards further optimizing NGSengine to support AlloSeq Tx data analysis, we are providing recommended analysis profiles as an interim solution.
In this webinar, we will explore how to analyze AlloSeq Tx data in NGSengine. We will cover recommended settings, introduce the basic data analysis workflow, and highlight key considerations when analyzing AlloSeq Tx data. We will also demonstrate useful NGSengine features that can help improve the data analysis workflow for users working with both AlloSeq Tx and NGSgo reagents.
