We are excited to announce our next training course on HLA typing with NGS! This hands-on course covers the full HLA workflow from lab techniques to in-depth data analysis. The course will take place in March at the GenDx Headquarters in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

The course includes:

  • Theoretical knowledge of HLA typing with NGS.
  • Hands-on training of multiplexed NGS HLA typing: One-Day-Workflow.
  • Training on data analysis with NGSengine®: from basics to case studies.
  • Bring your own genomic DNA samples for typing (anonymized samples and data only).
