To reinforce our North American team, we are hiring a Sales Office Associate
As Sales Office Associate, you ensure a smooth organization, execution and monitoring of the entire order handling process, including shipping.
Your main tasks include:
Handling of the complete order process: from order to invoice, including reminder.
Communication with purchasing departments regarding orders.
Contact third parties for logistics-related issues.
Consultation with the Logistics department of GenDx for shipment and forecasting purposes.
Processing incoming phone calls and e-mails.
Conducting financial administrative tasks and processing these in SOS Inventory.
Supporting colleagues by providing customer sales data.
Organizing and/or supporting external meetings upon request.
Education and Requirements
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree, affinity for (molecular) biology is a plus.
Proven experience in office management and administrative work.
Preferably familiar with logistical processes.
Proven extensive experience with Microsoft Office.
People skills and communication abilities.
Experienced in working as part of a team as well as on own initiative.
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks in a proactive, calm manner, with a focused approach.
Outstanding in keeping overview with attention to detail.
Pragmatic, presentable and service-oriented work attitude.
Outgoing, and dependable personality.
