NGSgo® products validated on the Illumina MiSeq™ i100 System

• NGSgo-AmpX v2

• NGSgo-AmpX v3
  All tests were performed using the NGSgo-Library Full Kit (LFK).

Main conclusions

• GenDx NGSgo workflows deliver high-quality sequencing data and robust typing concordance on the MiSeq i100 System.

• The MiSeq i100 System produces high Q30, shorter runtimes (~7 hours) and increased usable output, enabling larger batch sizes while maintaining GenDx quality standards.
