NGSgo-ProntoFLX now available also in 24-reaction kits

We are pleased to announce that NGSgo-ProntoFLX is now available in 24-reaction kits, in addition to the existing 96-reaction format.
Based on customer demand, the new 24-reaction kits give you greater flexibility when planning your HLA typing runs, particularly when processing smaller sample numbers.

The 24-reaction format is now available for:  NGSgo-ProntoFLX HLA-A, NGSgo-ProntoFLX HLA-B, and NGSgo-ProntoFLX HLA-DQA1, DQB1 (duplex). And we are already working on expanding the NGSgo-ProntoFLX portfolio. NGSgo-ProntoFLX assays for HLA-C, HLA-DPA1/DPB1, and HLA-DRB1/3/4/5 are currently in development and will also be available soon.

NGSgo-ProntoFLX provides rapid, flexible, and accurate single-locus HLA typing on Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) sequencing devices, with sequencing taking just 1 minute per locus.
