With optimized primer design and full-gene coverage, these assays combine the flexibility of singleplex or duplex formats, together with the speed and accuracy required for reliable high-resolution HLA gene amplification. Featuring a ready-to-use amplification mixture, the ability to process up to 96 samples in parallel and only 1 minute sequencing time per samples per locus.
