GenDx proudly presents NGSengine 4.0. In this new version we introduce a range of new and enhanced features to support your analysis needs.

NGSengine 4.0 is able to analyze ONT data. A functionality that was previously available through NGSengine-Turbo. Additionally, a new automated analysis feature will replace NGSignition, enabling automatic initiation of analysis immediately after sequencing.

What’s new?

- Expanded sequencing compatibility – Analyze data from Illumina, Ion Torrent, PacBio, and ONT in one software product.
- Flexible analysis profiles – Use optimized, predefined settings for each amplification strategy and platform, or create your own custom profiles to match your lab’s workflow.
- Automated analysis – Set the software to monitor designated folders and automatically start analysis when new data arrives.
- Compatibility with Windows 11 – The software is fully validated for use with Windows 11.
- IMGT update – Stay up to date with the latest reference data.
- Usability improvements & Bug fixes – Enhancements to streamline your workflow.
