GenDx proudly presents NGSengine 4.0. In this new version we introduce a range of new and enhanced features to support your analysis needs.
NGSengine 4.0 will be able to analyze ONT data. A functionality that was previously available through NGSengine-Turbo. Additionally, a new automated analysis feature will replace NGSignition, enabling automatic initiation of analysis immediately after sequencing.
