NGS Workshop – How to implement NGS HLA typing

GenDx is hosting a workshop on NGS HLA typing on June 16, 2021 (9:30-12:30 CDT, Chicago).

Registration is free of charge and open to everyone. We will give you insights about the advantages of implementing HLA typing by Next Generation Sequencing for transplantation purposes. You will learn what it means for your own lab, in terms of lab workflow, equipment, and training to switch to next-generation sequencing.

Presentations will be given by the GenDx team, and we are delighted to welcome Dr. Olga Timofeeva from the HLA lab at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital as a guest speaker. She will share their story of successfully implementing the HLA typing by NGS in their lab. This workshop will be an online interactive meeting using the GoTo meeting application.
