Roy van Dijk B.ASc
Roy studied Life Sciences at HU University of Applied Sciences, with a specialization in molecular biology. His first internship was performed at Wageningen University and Research where he studied the effects of endotoxins on the welfare of broiler chickens. He did his graduation internship at GenDx where he developed a whole gene amplification strategy for HLA-DPB1. After graduating he joined the GenDx team as a technician in 2019. Roy is motivated to contribute to the production and research of HLA-typing solutions. With his contribution he hopes to improve the well-being of patients in need of transplantation.
