NGSgo Pooling Calculation Sheet

When performing NGSgo you can pool the amplicons of the different loci together per sample after amplification and before the start of the library preparation.

The NGSgo pooling calculation sheet is a valuable tool for equimolar pooling of your amplicons.

It can be used for both the Illumina and Ion Torrent platforms.
