Anyone who is 18 – 55 years old, meets the health requirements, and lives in the Netherlands, can register as a stem cell donor via Matchis.

A stem cell transplant has the greatest chance of success if the donor is healthy and aged between 18 and 35. Therefore, you can register free of charge if you belong to this age category, while new donors aged between 36 and 55 are asked to pay a one-off registration fee (35 euros).

To support Matchis financially, GenDx has offered to cover the costs of registration for all new donors age 18 through 35 who register during the Stem Cell Donor Recruitment Week (13 – 17 September), using our event code.
