At the morning session the ins & outs of NGS-Based HLA Typing are covered, including workflows, basic data analysis and a multicenter comparative study of different NGS platforms.

In the afternoon, learn to perform effective NGS data analysis through case study during the advanced data analysis session.
You can even send in NGS data of your most difficult samples a few weeks before EFI to maximize efficiency and challenge us.

Who should attend?
The morning session is suitable for everyone with a basic understanding of HLA and DNA sequencing.
The afternoon session is an in-depth data analysis follow through of the morning session, but separately suitable for the average NGS user.

   Workflows for HLA typing
   Platform comparison study
   Hands-on data analysis
Afternoon: Advanced data analysis

Chimerism Monitoring
Learn how to accurately monitor chimerism in a recipient after transplantation using quantitative PCR (qPCR).

Due to high sensitivity of the technique, relapse can be detected at an earlier stage.

The program includes the principles of chimerism monitoring using qPCR and training on data analysis
utilising a software program especially developed as a laboratory and data management assistant.

Who should attend?
This teaching session is ideal for all those already working with Chimerism Monitoring already, novices and experts alike.

Program
   Principles of qPCR
   Monitoring workflow
   Hands-on data analysis
